1. Introduction

Welcome to FPL Play ("the App"), operated by (Milan Anušjak). By using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

2. Description of Service

FPL Play provides data, statistics, and visualizations related to Fantasy Premier League. It is not affiliated with the Premier League or the official FPL product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian supervision.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Renewals are charged within 24 hours of the end of the billing period.
• Manage your subscription through Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.

5. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Modify or reverse engineer the App
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Copy or distribute App content without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Data & Services

The App retrieves Fantasy Premier League data from publicly accessible endpoints. We are not responsible for changes to or accuracy of this data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or gameplay losses related to Fantasy Premier League.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of updated Terms.
